Bright greens and bands of white can be found dancing across this beautiful specimen of Fuchsite from Gaskabeaivárri Finnmark, Norway. This is an unusual variety of Muscovite Mica mineral with a characteristic green color. The unique color is due to the presence of Chromium, which replaces Aluminum in the Muscovite crystal structure.
